This event will occur when a GPTP port is not in asCapable state and also provides some information along with the reason(which could be any of the below mentioned events) of the state change. - Pdelay exceeds the time interval and the lost responses exceeds the limit. - Mismath in Clock ID of the received pdelay Response message. - Mismatch in the port number of the received pdelay response message. - Mismatch in the sequence Id of the pdelay Response message and the transmitted Sequence Id. - MDPdelay state machine enters the RESET state. - Did not receive Pdelay Response Followup in time. - Measured Pdelay Exceeded the Pdelay Threshold.
